Question pills and Compare on custom or headless storefronts.
Read Enhance ShopAssist first. The pills need questions in the client dashboard, and Compare needs the shop-level switch from support.
Custom and headless storefronts
There is no plugin and no theme editor, so both features are mounted from the client's own code. The developer guides carry the API:
Send those to whoever maintains the storefront. The shop-level Compare switch in Before you start still applies.
